Thoughts:Black Butler is amazing, got hooked right after volume 2.Volume 1 didn’t really intrigued me as much, I was close to putting it down and not continuing the series, but after volume 2 I couldn’t get enough. Also started watching the anime which is great >.<.

What I enjoyed about the series, was that it took place in the Victorian era,Mystery/Supernatural,the characters especially Sebastian, and how they used real events in that period and made them fiction, like jack the ripper(an actual serial killer.)

Lastly I love the comedic relief, it was both dark, and light.

Summary:Sebastian Michaelis, the butler to Ciel Phantomhive, the twelve-year-old earl, is the perfect servant, adept at every task from preparing meals to dispatching gangsters, so good at everything he does that he cannot possibly be human.
